FAQ

Are there any hidden setup or upfront design fees?

No. You pay zero upfront design fees. Your first monthly payment of R749 activates your project, and we get straight to work building your site.

Is there a contract?

Yes. This package is based on a 24-month commitment. This allows us to absorb the thousands of Rands in upfront design and setup costs and spread them into an affordable monthly plan for you.

Who owns the website?

LoneWolf Digital retains full ownership of the website design, layout, and files during the 24-month contract. Once your 24 months are fully paid, ownership completely transfers to you, or you can choose to renew at a discounted rate just for ongoing hosting and maintenance.

What happens if I want to cancel early?

If you need to cancel before the 24 months are up, you can opt for our early buyout option, which requires paying 50% of your remaining contract balance to transfer the website files entirely into your name.

What does the monthly maintenance include?

You get up to 60 minutes of text and image updates every month (e.g., updating a phone number, changing a price, or adding a new team photo). It does not include building entirely new pages, setting up e-commerce shop items, or doing structural redesigns.

How does payment work?

Payments are 100% automated via secure monthly debit order or recurring card subscription on the 1st of every month. We don’t do manual invoicing for this package. If a payment fails, the website automatically goes offline after a 5-day grace period until it is updated.

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes! If you already bought a domain name, we will easily connect it to our secure servers. If you don’t have one yet, we will register a standard .co.za domain for you as part of your package.
