CAN I MAKE MY OWN WEBSITE CHANGES?
Your website is built and managed by LWD Studio to keep everything working as it should. If you host with me, I can handle basic updates such as adding images, changing copy and making small content updates for you. Larger design or structural changes can be quoted separately.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Most websites are completed within 7–10 working days, depending on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback are provided. You’ll receive a clear timeline before we begin.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
I’ll need your brand assets, images, website content and any references or ideas you already have. You’ll also complete a short brief so I can understand your business and build the site around it.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WEBSITE LAUNCHES?
Once your website is live, you’ll receive everything you need to know about it. If you host with LWD Studio, I’ll continue handling the technical side and can take care of basic content updates, including changing copy and adding images.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
A 50% deposit secures your project and start date, with the remaining 50% payable once the website is complete and ready to go live. Your project includes up to two rounds of revisions so we can refine the design before launch.
